NS 196 pulls up for a meet with 215         
South of Harriman, the CNO&TP changes character and turns into a single track RR with sidings as opposed to alternating sections of double and single track north of here. Things are a bit slower when there is a meet as most of the sidings require the trains to enter at restricted speed.
