Carolina Whistle Post
Certainly one of the more unusual whistle posts I've ever seen; an ACL original on the Carolina Southern line to Conway and Myrtle Beach SC. It's concrete with the "long-long-short-long" cut in graphic form into the post.

Tim Huemmer	General	That's a classic ACL whistle board. There are lots of these left on branchlines, and a couple here and there on the mainline. Normally they are painted white. I was out at Myrtle Beach depot on the afternoon of 7/3 myself. Nice weather on the 4th :)	7/5/2009 10:59:26 PM
