Conrail crash test dummy still looking good         
This engine was used in Operation Lifesaver demonstrations on conrail, basically it was a shell of a loco that was pushed by a real locomotive and rammed into cars parked at crossings to show the dangers of disobeying crossing signals. All doors on were welded shut and the horn was removed. Why this engine ended up at Rail Rhodes i have no clue.
