Richard Jenkins	General	The date is either October 6 or 7, 1990. The train was the "Victorian Express" excursion that ran those two days between the Twin Cities and Winona, Minnesota for Winona's Victorian Fair. Original power for the train was supposed to be Frisco 1522, but she had hot box issues on the trip up from St. Louis and had to cancel, so the Soo provided 4301 and 6617, freshly painted in the then-new candy apple red scheme to pull the train instead.	10/27/2016 9:54:17 AM
