Zachary DeVore General Its a rough looking locomotive, but calling it garbage appears to be extreme. Seriously, I didn't know that NS had those - I see them all of the time on CSX, but apparently there is some dump - I believe in Surry County someplace which takes garbage from everywhere. Surry is a nice scenic county - they have a nuclear power plant, two maximum security state prisons (including death row), and a gigantic garbage dump which ships in garbage from everywhere.
