John Whitehead	General	I was fortunate to ride the last excursion train between Lexington and Ashland on July 4, 1979. At the time, I was concerned that the C&O would abandon the segment between Lexington and Winchester. Little did I know that the rest of the line to Ashland would be abandoned by 1985.	5/6/2009 4:31:27 PM
