Amtrak Station and Much More  Contributor's Pick!       
After more than 20-years, it's clear why I took this picture. Carefully look left to right. Interlocking tower (manned, I doubt it), one diamond where there were several (but signal protected), one track instead of maybe three, murals?, looks like a reasonably preserved depot, cars in the parking lot, a hotel with store fronts that has seen better days. With one train a day, if tired passengers don't decide to stay.... Note, the diagonal front doors have been blocked off. Lima was no small town in 1987. But this scene could have been any small town where RRs crossed. Ok Ohio fans, exacly where was I? There were lots of diamonds in Lima.
