NS local on the P&E
NS SD60 6611 makes unlikely local power as it brings a set of tank cars past the former Peoria & Eastern depot in Urbana IL on a cloudy day in May 2004. In this case I'd stopped to shoot the depot and was somewhat surprised to have a train show up about five minutes later.
