New paint on an ex-Con
New paint on an ex-Con. Former Conrail GP38-2 #8230 came to the L&C via HLCX from NS. It's been on the L&C for five years now and as of the last few months has been repainted into the L&C's new corporate scheme. Decals are coming for the long hood. (JCH -- 400D)
