This would look better without the yellow stripe, but still a good scheme. 100x better than the ugly new Iowa Interstate scheme.

Mr. Spoor--You're joking, right? A bland, red-white-blue scheme that's been done before? Sorry, but you're wrong about this vs. the IAIS. The Iowa unit looks pretty good, and at least it's original.

Mr. Spoor - What's that comment about the IAIS scheme? Each to his own I guess, but the IAIS scheme is just fine - attractive and yet business like looking. This scheme is "okay" but look's more like it belongs on a toy train or on the front of a circus train, not a freight railroad.

Great photo despite the overhead power lines, but hey, you take what you can get; This photo is a one-of-a-kind because this engine's paint job has already changed drastically, before delivery to FEC. Excellent catch!
