UP 9773 is the 2rd unit on NS train 071 at Purvis, MS. Hurricane's Gustov and Ike caused this train to detour off the CSX to New Orleans, LA via Norfolk Southern because of washouts along the CSX line on the coast of Mississippi and Louisiana.
