Jerry LaBoda General There were two cars owned by the OWRR&N that carried the number 1590, one which was a cafe - lounge observation which was later rebuilt into a coach observation, and this car, which is ex-UP 201, exx-OWR&N 993, exxx-1589, nee-497, a former Instruction car rblt. from a Harriman parlor observation.
