Stranded Yard         
Another view of the Toledo, Lake Erie & Western's yard in Grand Rapids. The TLE&W runs from Grand Rapids to nearby Waterville, Ohio. Unfortunately, no trains have operated into or out of Grand Rapids for five years now, due to bad conditions on the Maumee river bridge, several hundred yards behind the photographer. This has effectively land-locked the equipment in the yard.
