David Stewart General Great all EMD lash up! Nice shot William! To bad the last unit (SD40-2) is a repaint or it would have been a all Blue Bonet lash up. 6/12/2008 5:51:05 PM
William H. Davis Jr. General Thanks David, At 1st the power was just the BNSF 2531 & the 2798, but they picked up the BNSF 6464 & the 6765 along with the freight. It's unusual for these transfers to have more than 2 or 3 units, most of the time 2. 6/12/2008 6:01:22 PM
Jim Matuska General More EMDs! You gotta love it! Send'em north! 8/31/2008 7:42:42 PM
William H. Davis Jr. General Yes indeed, I do love it. No, then I will not have anything to shoot. All kidding aside I think you get far better power up there than I do down here & in more regularity than I do. You also get alot of the power on road trains when all I get is transfers, which is fine right now for me since I haven't video taped a train in a few years. If you were to video these transfers all you would get is 10 MPH & stop & go & shoving back. Not good for video to me as I like getting the trains at faster mainline speeds 10/6/2008 8:24:05 PM
G Gerard General Awesome catch! 9/23/2009 9:05:13 AM
George Redmond General Great shot. 2/12/2010 12:00:32 PM
