PW 3903

Trains PR-3 and PR-3X get their trains ready in the Valley Falls Yard. PR-3 has PW 2215 and PW 2010 (out of the photo to the right) for power, and will switch the Seaview interchange. Train PR-3X has PW 3903 and will work the Port of Providence.
