Found it (note to admins its a GP22, not a GP40)  Contributor's Pick!       
After I got a email on Monday I was hoping I would find this engine, I was not expecting to find it here, but I had to get it in case I dont see it again so I had to sneak into the High rise parking lot and shoot into the sun. EMD's Tier-2 Emissions switch engine Demonstrator, referred to as GP68 in Ulmer.
