BNSF 7990 as seen from the hideous vantage point of a curve almost overlooking the area - and to all those below that had a great laugh at the old, fat dude standing on a concrete barrier, balancing his round little body while trying to stretch up getting the camera as high as possible to clear the weeds and trees - then firing blindly - be sure to toss a good word to RP for the next time Im stopped. Figured I needed to get some shots of the machine shops and maintenance buildings before they, too, are torn down with what appears to be a bit of a shift toward buildings on the north side of the 39th Street over-pass. Then again, Im more confident about the BNSF-NS merger than I am about them actually expanding up that way... course, I wouldve never imagined tearing out the old round-table, either. |
