CB&Q #'s 49000 - 49399 were built at Havelock ( CB&Q Shops in Nebraska ) in 1966 to the same specifications as the Class XM-4 ( boxcars #'s 47500 - 47799 ) constructed in 1963. Classified as XM-4B the majority of these cars were free runners.
