Number 11007 was built in 1890 by the CB&Q's Aurora, Illinois shops as class NE-1 number 14497, became BN 11007 sometime after the March 2, 1970 merger, wore Cascade Green paint before being donated to the West Chicago Historical Society in October 1976. Note that it acquired Bettendorf trucks. One source indicates that this waycar is now in Mundelein, Illinois.

Note that it acquired Bettendorf trucks. Fsom nearby informational sign: Class NE1 - 30 foot Wooden Waycar with Steel Underframe Applied. Built in 1890 at Aurora, IL as Waycar #14497 for the CB&Q Railroad. Renumaered 11007 when merged with Burlington Northern. Acquired by the Mundelein Park District from the City of West Chicago in July 2001. The BN had donated it to West Chicago in October 1976.
