Baltimore & Ohio RR 0-8-0 #1704, ex#799
Title:  Baltimore & Ohio RR 0-8-0 #1704, ex#799
Description:  Conflicting information on this one. Slightly different than its sister #1515 in this album, #1704 appears either to have been built by the B&O as a class L-3 #799 or a rebuilt unit from a 2-8-0 #1970.
