Built by Lima in September of 1937 (serial #7737, class N), this beefy 2-8-4 Berkshire, PM #1201, served the Pere Marquette Railway well until being merged into the C&O roster in 1947. A year before that, the driver size was increased to 70" in 1946. It lasted on the C&O roster until being scrapped in 1954.
