Description:  EMD SW1200s #98 and 93 and 900 #92 snake a train through the curves between Memorial Park Road and Springdale Road in Lancaster with a 40 car train enroute to the ADM plant in Kershaw. At this point, the L&C had been operating the former NS SB line o Kershaw for about two weeks.

Description:  In March, 2002, this L&C train was waiting on a crew to take it the rest of the way to the ADM plant. L&C has operated the former NS line to Kershaw for about a year at the time of tis shot. All three units are now off of the L&C, with #93 being sent away in the Spring of 2009.

Description:  Date approximate, although it had to have been after the L&C got the SB line in March, 2001 and before I started shooting slides in 2003. This shot is special to me because it's one of a few and certainly the best shot I have of a train with the mill in the background. The mill closed in 2003 and was torn down soon after. It's now a big hole in the ground.
