Description:  SOO 781 and SOO 6450 prepare to depart Neenah towards North Fond du Lac, WI. This was the first time ever seeing The Soo in Neenah but was not the last time. The SOO 6450 was the only sighting ever of an SD40B. Now, this unit resides at NRE Silvis, IL...site of the original Rock Island Yard.
