Title:  Portsmouth Yard
Description:  Things are looking good in Portsmouth these days, with increased traffic to four of the customers. Reminds me of the days when Foss in Hampton still received cars, with so many pellet hoppers in the yard. MEC 516 sits quietly by the parking garage as fifteen loaded hoppers for Tyco fill the yard tracks (two more were behind me) and an outbound consist of empties sits at the west end of the yard. The DO-1 crew went to Rigby to get MEC 503 and 23 more loads, which would arrive with the DO-2 crew after 8pm.

Description:  I always enjoy the customer switching scenes and this is one I have been after for a while. There were more reefers on the spur than usual today preventing the locomotive from crossing the road so I had to try something a little different. DO-1 with MEC 516 shoves one refrigerator car into Highliner Foods in Portsmouth, NH after arriving in town with one reefer (the one in front of the engine) and a loaded centerbeam for Boise.

The headlight on the right is the power for M427 with MEC 5963 - CSXT 7034 - MEC 7575 and is getting ready to back onto their train. DJ-1 would bring in L053's consist a few hours later from Leeds Junction with MEC 7609 - MEC 512.
