Description:  Blackhawk. Here is a duplicate 35mm color slide of a photo by Philip R. Hastings that was taken in Renovo, Pennsylvania, in September of 1955. Photo Caption: "Pennsylvania Nos. 6951 and 3277 at Renovo, Pennsylvania." In the center is PRR engine #6951, an M-1 (4-8-2) "Mountain" built by the Baldwin Locomotive Works during December of 1926 and retired in June of 1957. On the right is PRR engine #3277, an L-1S (2-8-2) "Mikado" built in Juniata during November of 1915 and retired in June of 1956. Note the water plug in the foreground, the concrete coaling tipple in the center, and the ash pit on the right. This photo comes from a color slide set entitled "Steam In Indian Summer" that's produced and distributed by Blackhawk Films of Davenport, Iowa (772-52).
