Description:  Dziobko. Here is a duplicate 35mm color slide of a photo by John Dziobko, Jr., that was taken in Altoona, Pennsylvania, on 10 September 1951. Shown here (L to R) are Pennsylvania Railroad engines #2001 and a "B" unit whose number is not recorded. #2001 is a BF-16 built by the Baldwin Locomotive Works in June of 1951 and rated at 1,600 horsepower, rebuilt later as an ABF-18 rated at 1,800 horsepower, and retired in July of 1966.

Description:  Here is the second of eight original photos that were taken by an unidentified photographer at the Pennsylvania Railroad's Horseshoe Curve near Altoona, Pennsylvania, perhaps during 1957. Shown here (L to R) are PRR engines #2001 and a Shark "B" unit whose number is not recorded. #2001 is a BF-16 built by the Baldwin Locomotive Works in June of 1951 and rated at 1,600 horsepower, rebuilt later as an ABF-18 rated at 1,800 horsepower, and retired in July of 1966. They are pulling a mixed-cargo freight train, and are about to round the Curve on their way up the Allegheny Mountains to Gallitzin and points West.
