Description:  Train 615 going west towards Bellview Road with nice cut of empty tankcars. The grey engine matches the weather. The first day of spring was cold, damp, and dreary with even a few snow flurries. This SD40-2 is another of the recent Wheeling and Lake Erie purchases. Former CITX 3073/GCFX 3073/HLCX 5060/NS 1616/NW1616 built in May 1971.
