Number 2949 was built by Baldwin in 1910 (c/n 34916) as a class S-2 Pacific Type, rebuilt by the CB&Q in 1924 to Class S-2-A, and was sold for scrap in June 1951. This is a good shot of part of the Worthington feedwater system plumbing below the smokebox. |
