Number 541 was built in 1919 by the Brooks Works of Alco (c/n 61234) to USRA design specifications. The CB&Q was allotted ten 0-8-0's (road #'s 540-549) by the USRA out of the 175 built. This particular locomotive was scrapped in November 1953. |
