Title:  Outcasts
Description:  The WSOR 702 and 3812 sit on a siding midway between the depot/paint shop area and the west yard. The 3812 is bad-ordered and is the only one of the ex-NdeM GP38-2s that is not repainted to WSOR colors and in service. 702 should work (unless it has suffered some sort of breakdown I don't know about) but may not be needed.

There was a red flag clamped to one rail and a red derail on the other rail, behind the train at South St. There was another red flag clamped to a rail in front of the locomotive as well. That seemed unusual.

Description:  A WSOR train approaches Island Road from the east on its return to Horicon from Oshkosh. The train is about half way between Pickett and Ripon. Though not as refined as their maroon and silver mates, there is something appealing about the scabby blue workhorses sometimes referred to as Mexi-wrecks.

Description:  In the winter/spring of 2016, WATCO started a terminal operation in Oshkosh on the former Strey Construction spur. This facility is equipped for trans-loading granular materials from truck to rail. One of the conveyors is visible through the trees. The facility is located on the south side of the line, opposite what is now the United CO-OP elevator, along the former Milwaukee Road branch from Horicon to Oshkosh.
