California Western 65
Title:  California Western 65
Description:  California Western 65 leads a passenger train across Pine Street in downtown Fort Bragg. The California Western, more commonly known as the Skunk Train, is a tourist and freight railroad between Fort Bragg and Willits. Famed for its "Skunk" motorcars, the railroad operates tourist trains from both Fort Bragg and Willits. GP9 65 was built in 1954 for the Texas & New Orleans railroad, a subsidiary of Southern Pacific. The engine entered SP ownership in the early 1960s, before coming to the CWR from Kyle Railroad of Kansas.
