Description:  WPCA51 crosses Lincoln Avenue on it's journey south with 10 cars. Interestingly, the consist includes two covered hoppers. Unknown if Johns-Manville in Williamstown is starting to receive service again or these hoppers went to Tuckahoe but the northbound return seemed to indicate they did not go all the way to Tuckahoe.
