Description:  Lead unit of CAEG coal hoppers. Passing through Ames. UP 8007 is 2nd unit and UP 8024 is many cars back as DPU. Train would stop with the DPU about even with me then startup again. They then stopped about 1 mile down the tracks to allow UP 844 to pass by.
