Description:  Seaboard System GP16 4645 was on a northbound local stopped at Atmore, Alabama. The locomotive was built as Seaboard Air Line GP9 1925 in 1956 and was subsequently Seaboard Coast Line 1024. It was rebuilt into SCL 4645, thdn became Seaboard System 4645, CSX 1745 and moved on to the Aberdeen Carolina & Western as their 1601.
