Not a Pan Am locomotive in sight this afternoon at Rigby Yard in South Portland, Maine as the road power from the previous day's M426 lays over in the late day sun accompanied by two former Conrail SD40-2's and the Geometry off to the right on the House Track. The west end of the yard also had a pair of CSX GP38-2's assigned to the yard jobs. |

The tracks on the right; while empty are part of Sprague, a relatively large rail customer who loads incoming clay slurry from ships into tank cars for the railroad to take to the paper mills. |
