Title:  The End of the Line - literally.
Description:  The sand pile marks the end of serviceable track on the Bernadotte Line. I'm standing in the middle of the inbound mainline for Southern's approach to their yard, freight houses, and the Basin Street Station. The Crescent once traveled these rails. Now, there is a run-around track to service the brick company seen to the left.
