Description:  A the top of the hill in Crescent Springs just south of queensgate yard. Train is heading southbound. train later stopped farther down the track because it lost break pressure in the line. The truck sitting was a sprayer of some sort for the rail grinder that passed later on the next track. He was parked in the spot I usually take photos. This was totally unexpected
