It is pretty rare to see NS sit power of any kind in this spot. The 2 CN units and NS unit sit on the south lead to the WBCR yard in Bluffton. This is the first time that Ive seen any kind of power that wasnt bad order sit in this spot. Made for better photos than the first time for sure! The 3 UP units that were with these engines ended up taking an ethanol train north the day that I got photos of them. I am guessing they moved the power here because they had no room for them in the ethanol plant or the outbound train would not be ready for several days so they moved them here to get them out of the way. Definitely a good spot to sit them, for me that is! |
