Description:  Staring at a tie gang on Main Track 2 at the end of Double Track ABS Territory...the dispatcher let us die here on UP Train MCHTR 08, there is no crew called, and we just turned 11 miles of single track railroad into 38. Way to go Dispatcher Demetrius, good job. I like those old US&S C&EI signals here though.

Description:  We're sitting dead at CP I074 is UP Train MCHTR 08. We went on duty at 23:45, and our crew ended up being on duty 16 hours and 4 minutes. This effectively blocked both main tracks, since the other was occupied by men and equipment replacing ties with new ones like the bundle shown to the right.
