Description:  In a scene which would be more common if the ICG hadn't spun off the UP Springfield Sub. to the CMNW in 1987, UP Train MBNAS 28 comes past Ridgley Tower as Tower Operator Cliff gives a roll-by inspection with UP 9729 trailing. Cliff passed away on 8-3-08. ICG retained the northern part of this line from Chicago to Joliet, and is currently operated by CN.
