Description:  The white vertical sided depot once served the Chicago & Eastern Illinois and the Baltimore & Ohio Railroads. To the west beyond the depot is a second building which was the secondary REA freighthouse in Pana. The track heading west here is part of the Union Pacific system now.

Description:  This is the south side of the former Chicago & Eastern Illinois depot. It also served the Baltimore & Ohio traffic as well. One person noted that the B&O ran doodlebugs in the 1930's and 1940's while the C&EI was still running steam powered passenger trains.
