Description:  This is obviously not one of the ex Soo Line GP30's for two reasons, it has the Standard EMD'2 axel Bloomberg truck and it has the Number 2251. Some one was working one the Unit when I took this photo, but it was closed when we left, so I was able to get the numbbr, Would this happen to be one of the ex-FRVR/CNW GP30's that WC got in 93 when they bought out the FRVR/GBW?
