Description:  Posing in the Bloomington, IL, yard, is this Baldwin 2-8-2 Mikado, BO #4546 built in August of 1918. The loco was renumbered in 1957 as BO #344 and served until being retired and scrapped a year later in July of 1958 at Newark, NJ. Consequeetly, Jim Selzer from Slidell and Earl Hampton from New Ooleans undertook an expedition to photograph the GM&O from end to end.
