Seen here as power are 2 former GTW GP40's bracketing a slug formerly used on another GWI road, the Chattahoochee Industrial RR. They are in the process of gathering about 90 coal loads. |

A small pipe under the track was unable to handle the results of 8 inches of rain in a 8 hour period resulting in the water pushing through the ballast and rushing through to the other side. The railroad was acting as a dam until it was breached by the rising waters. |
