Originally Atlanta and West Point 44 seat diner #501, one of eleven 44 seat diners built in 1949 by Budd in Lot #9624-030* for the Crescent. Ownership was eight SOU #3305-#3312, one CNO&TP #3869, one A&WP #501, and one L&N #2790. Sold to Amtrak 1971 and renumbered 8026. A planned conversion to HEP #8529 was cancelled, converted in 1985 to Auto Train HEP #8750 instead. Stored in 1996 and sold in 2002 to Rail Quest America (RQAX) #8750 for MRRT, reconfigured to diner lounge, and named Yellowstone Park (2nd). Leased 2005-2009* to Alaska RR as #323. Ran on Montana Daylight Dinner Train then sold to IFE Leasing (Phillip Sheridan) and leased as MRLX #8750. More recently used on Christmas train at Crab Orchard Railway at Marion, IL and then with St. Louis Union Station Excursion Trains for Marriott. The car also carried GTLX (Great Lakes Railcar) reporting marks. Sold to Reading and Northern November 2021 & renumbered 1167. |

Pullman 1926-built for the Southern as 60-seat coach #1649. Converted in 1955 at Hayne Shop with air conditioning, expanded washroom lounges 46-seats. arched roof, single sealed windows and renumbered 1066. Donated to Tennessee Valley Railroad Museum in 1969 ,where at some point the AC was removed and single hung windows installed. Sold at TVRM bankruptcy auction (1985?) to Waccamaw Coast Line/Carolina Southern, renumbered 1903 and named "S.A. Beasley”. Roller bearings were added in Conway SC in 2012 when sold to Iowa Pacific. Assigned to San Luis and Rio Grande, upgraded with HEP, painted in Illinois Central colors and renumbered back to #1066. Sold at auction to Reading and Northern in 2021 and renumbered 451. |

RBMN 1125 “Ellerslie” |
| Description: |
The “E” series sleeper was the most common lightweight sleeping car that the Canadian National rostered. All 52 of them contained 4 sections, 8 duplex roomettes and 4 double bedrooms and were named after Canadian cities and towns whose names begin with "E.". The order was built by Pullman-Standard (lot 6922, plan 4124A), and delivered between January and April 1954. They featured Electro mechanical air conditioning, a 110 volt electrical system and 4 wheel-outside swing hanger trucks. Cars # 1120 to 1127 were immediately leased to Pullman by CN for joint Canada / US service from 1954 to 1959. CN sent the entire lot (class PS-79-C) to VIA Canada in 1978. The cars were never modernized, only receiving some reupholstering before VIA started selling them off in the early 90s. Car #1125 “Ellerslie” was sold in 1996 to railroad holding company Iron Road and assigned to the Bangor & Aroostook. To Iowa Pacific 2014. Bought by Reading and Northern at auction 2021. |
