The railroad presence is not as prevalent as it once was during the Milwaukee Road and Chicago and Northwestern era in town. All the of the pieces of former CNW infrastructure in this immediate area are gone. Historic maps on the Wisconsin Historical Society page show that this was once the site of a turntable and roundhouse. |
