The Colfax museum has the largest collection of railroad china in the United States. Some of it is on display in the museum building, some of it is in storage, and some of it can be found in a Soo Line coach turned display car. I was pleasantly surprised to see these plates commemorating the D&H and AFT, respectively. Note also the Illinois Central and CNW dining car staff uniforms in the background. |
