Description:  SSP is Spokane, Spangle and Palouse, an Omaha track subsidiary contracted to operate the former NP "P&L" branch from Marshall to Palouse, WA. I believe about 2/3 of their roster is shown in this photo. SSP 3904 is ex-LTEX 3904 (formerly operating on the Kettle Falls International Railway), exx-BNSF 2563, exxx-ATSF 2863, nee-ATSF 1363.
