Description:  The truck will drive down the main through Elkton to be sure the line is completely clear. MOW equipment in Elkton is moving on to the CHW line. T“e crew is informed that after the 16T the line will be free until 3pm. After all the equipment was off the main these guys had a 45 min. wait for the 16T to clear!.............Ah, life on the ~ailroad!
