Description:  NS 167 makes a brief stop at Emory Gap, Tennessee. The train has stopped to set off some cars here for the local to handle. However, only two of 167's units are functioning and at the moment the engineer is talking to the dispatcher about the situation. Doubtful that he would make it up the hill out of Rockwood with only one D9-40CW.
